Position Overview

A growing service-based organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multi-site field operations. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery while managing staffing, logistics, customer service, performance, and financial results.


\Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support multi-site teams, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence
  • Coordinate routing, dispatch, and field service activities to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
  • Monitor daily operations and adjust plans to address staffing, equipment, and customer needs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and transportation regulations
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and training initiatives
  • Manage escalated customer concerns and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Identify trends and implement process improvements to enhance service quality
  • Oversee operational budgets, monitor costs, and identify efficiencies
  • Support forecasting, planning, and cost-control initiatives while maintaining service standards
  • Provide regular operational reporting and performance updates to senior leadership
  • Maintain clear communication between operations, field teams, and support functions
  • Serve as the primary decision-maker for urgent or after-hours operational issues
  • Coordinate resources and communicate effectively during critical situations

Qualifications
