Job description

Responsible for organizing and synchronizing all job related activities between the field staff, dispatch, operations, laboratory and customers.

 Primary Duties and Responsibilities    
•    Responsible for communicating with the dispatcher and operations/branch manager to ensure work requirements are met with adequately qualified employees
•    Responsible for relaying the customer’s requests to the field and laboratory employees
•    Ensure that necessary updates and final communications are distributed in accordance with customer requirements and AmSpec policy
•    Responsible for the preparation and distribution of all reports including final wires and invoice
•    Ensures the Operations Manager/ Supervisor are informed of any problems that could potentially affect customers
•    Be available to meet with customers as well as represents the company at industry functions that could result in improved levels of work from the customer
•    Assists the Operations Manager/Supervisor with ensuring the adherence of company policy by the field staff


Required Skills

•    5+ years experience in the Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Chemical industry
•    Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
•    Bachelors’ or Associates Degree preferred

Working Conditions 
Office Environment, Field attendance likely, Possible attendance at industry events and social functions 


Physical Requirements
