Job description

Equipment Customer Manager (EqCM)
Drive service excellence for Equipment North America customers.

As an EqCM, you'll be the central connection point between our sales, service, and operations teams-ensuring every project transitions smoothly from estimate to startup. You'll champion service readiness, warranty accuracy, and customer satisfaction while keeping projects moving and issues resolved.

What You'll Do
Partner with SAEs during estimating to define service scope and support custom service quoting.
Coordinate technician readiness, training needs, and startup execution.
Lead service turnover meetings and maintain clear communication across SAEs, BOMs, CRCs, and customers.
Ensure accurate asset setup, warranty validation, and timely invoicing.
Serve as the primary contact for warranty requests and escalate issues to keep work on track.
Introduce Connected Services and support customers with technical and servicerelated needs.
What You Bring
10+ years of industry experience or a technical engineering/construction degree.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with professionalism and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working in a technical environment.

Preferred
BA in Engineering or Construction
HVAC equipment knowledge
Advanced MS Office skills

Hiring Compensation Range: $90,000 - 135,000 USD Annual. (Annual rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
