Reports to: Spa & Fitness Director, Assistant Spa & Fitness Director
Supervises: Spa & Fitness Front Desk Agents

Snowmass Club is seeking a Spa & Fitness Supervisor to help lead our front desk team, support daily operations, and ensure our Spa & Fitness facilities feel welcoming, seamless, and elevated for every member and guest.

What You'll Do
Leadership
Promote a positive, professional, and welcoming culture within the Spa & Fitness team
Keep member-facing employees informed of Club events, updates, and initiatives
Support and guide front desk staff to ensure consistent service standards
Member Experience & Service
Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Register and admit members to Spa & Fitness facilities
Schedule spa appointments, manage confirmations, and follow up to ensure a seamless experience
Respond to member inquiries and concerns; escalate sensitive matters to leadership as appropriate
Maintain a thorough understanding of memberships, policies, and department offerings
Promote private lessons, massage, and spa services
Operations & Administration
Act as cashier and guest service representative
Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk and public areas
Record and manage member information for seminars, programs, and presentations
Assist with the development and enhancement of Spa & Fitness services
Availability & Scheduling
Work weekends and holidays as required
Complete at least one opening and one closing shift weekly
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with special events and cross-departmental support when needed
Attend all required trainings and staff meetings
Complete assigned projects and other duties as directed by Spa & Fitness leadership
Qualifications
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Customer service experience required
Licenses & Certifications
CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred or obtained within 90 days
Locker rooms are gender-specific
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Continuous standing and walking
Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, and repetitive motions
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Work in a warm, humid fitness environment
