Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and drive efficiency, profitability, and team performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
This position plays a critical role in managing crews, coordinating logistics, maintaining compliance, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily field operations and scheduling
- Manage dispatch, routing, and job assignments
- Supervise and develop team members, including crew leaders and office staff
- Monitor KPIs, labor costs, and job profitability
- Ensure compliance with DOT, DMV, and company policies
- Maintain fleet, equipment, and inventory oversight
