Head of Analytics:
This role is the leader of Analytics with a focus on leveraging data, information, and analytics to provide insights that alter decisions resulting in higher total company performance. This role has big impact. The role reports directly to the CEO, will lead a growing team of 12 people, and will work closely with executive leaders and their reports in cross-functional teams across the entire organization (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Technology, Sales, Finance, etc.). You will coordinate with and leverage subject matter experts in various aspects of the business to deliver projects and products that support decision making through fact-based insights and recommendations. This role is for a superior problem solver who cares deeply about having a significant impact. The ideal candidate is curious and always strives to do better.
Responsibilities:
  • Leverage data and information to fundamentally alter outcomes for the business
  • Help evaluate and integrate multiple acquisitions
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and manage analytics team members.
  • Engage with the key functional leaders (executives and non-executives) demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and the ways in which data analytics products and services can be applied to create value for their teams and business.
  • Actively manage analytics team projects and deliverables; effectively manage changes in project scope, monitor risks, and communicate project expectations in a timely fashion.
  • Help migrate the analytic and data infrastructure to an AI enabled approach
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field or equivalent required
  • Superior problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional analytic skills
  • 5+ Years of management experience and
  • 4+ years of managing analytics teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven results in positively influencing senior leaders and operational employees alike
  • Demonstrated proficiency with analytic and problem-solving tools: e.g., Excel, MS Power-BI, SQL, Python, Spark
  • Experience with Digital marketing analytics and with Google products: Analytics, Ads, Console, Tags, Big Query amp; Cloud Platform
  • Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g. JIRA) and methodologies (Kanban)
  • Experience with financial analysis
  • Background in systems integrations and migrations is a plus
