The Role:

We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager - Alberta to lead the operations of our three Calgary and one Edmonton restaurants. This role is responsible for operational performance, financial results, recruitment and selection, leadership development, and ensuring our standards are consistently executed across the region.


This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced hospitality leader who is passionate about people, operational excellence, and building strong restaurant teams. The Regional Operations Manager works closely with General Managers, Executive Chefs, and the Director of Operations to support restaurant performance and company growth.

What Youโ€™ll Lead:

  • Lead the regionโ€™s General Managers and work closely with the Director of Operations to support strong restaurant performance and develop future leaders.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory, purchasing, restaurant atmosphere, and execution of company standards across all locations.
  • Lead recruitment and selection while supporting training, development, and succession planning to build strong, high-performing teams.
  • Collaborate with General Managers and Executive Chefs to achieve revenue, profitability, culinary, and financial targets, including accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Ensure senior leaders are implementing and maintaining company processes, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits and team check-ins to identify successes, opportunities, and clear areas for improvement.
  • Monitor inventory and purchasing on a weekly basis and support restaurants in maintaining strong controls and accurate reporting.


What Youโ€™ve Done:

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership or multi-unit restaurant management role
  • Proven experience leading, developing, and holding senior leadership teams accountable
  • Experience overseeing financial performance, labour, inventory, guest experience, and operational standards across multiple locations
  • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive innovation and operational performance
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and team members


Where Youโ€™ll Work:

  • Based in our Downtown Calgary Restaurant (345 10 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2R 0A5)
  • Occasional evenings/weekends
  • Travel between Calgary and Edmonton restaurants (25-35%)
