Job Summary
The Graduate Assistant will support the daily operations of the Psychological Services
Center by providing administrative and client-facing assistance.
Responsibilities:
  • Monthly processing and managing reports.
  • Managing client data and maintaining inventories of testing materials.
  • Answering phone calls daily and managing client registration and waiting list entries.
  • Reviewing and responding to emails daily.
  • Assisting with client appointments using the Titanium system daily.
  • Posting payments to client files daily.
  • Assisting with client file audits on a monthly basis.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a supply of client file forms and resource brochures
  • Complete scanning and indexing projects
  • Assist with outreach efforts, event planning, and coordination
  • Processing client data, managing reports, and maintaining inventories of testing materials, answering phone calls, and managing client registrations
  • Receive and respond to daily telephone calls and emails
  • Assist with client satisfaction survey data processing
  • Manage client appointments using the Titanium system

Requirements:
Graduate students preferred; PsyD first-year students may also apply
  • Two-year commitment preferred
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Good listening skills, with a high degree of maturity when dealing with confidential matters
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Capacity to be resourceful and to take initiative and problem-solve
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
