Role Description The General Manager – Security Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Reno, NV. This role oversees day-to-day security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and supervising security teams across assigned sites. The person in this role will manage client relationships, ensure service quality, and respond to operational issues, incidents, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include developing and implementing security policies and procedures, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
