As a Security Solutions Account Executive, you will represent business to business sales for North America's Largest Distributor of Wireless Products and Solutions. In this role you will pursue local/regional solution sales opportunities with mid-large existing/prospective customers. You will build new business opportunities by offering an advanced suite of physical security products with the opportunity to deliver integrated solutions that improve safety, security, productivity & efficiency for our customers. You will work to develop and execute high level strategies to penetrate assigned vertical markets and drive continuous growth through BearComs differentiated portfolio of solutions. You will have an opportunity to partner with local branch Account Executives to differentiate your offering with additional integrated voice and data solutions. You will partner with OEMs, integrators and service providers in concert with local service teams to ensure that sold solutions are delivered and enabled with ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop on-going relationships with medium and large accounts within assigned territory, successfully proposing, negotiating, and closing profitable revenue opportunities at existing and new accounts
  • Meet sales objectives to deliver sustainable growth of video solutions and ongoing service
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive profitable revenue growth
  • Collaborate with BearCom branch team to provide integrated, problem solving solutions Voice, Video, Data & Service. Includes delivering detailed statements of work to ensure installations are successfully delivered on-time and on-budget.
  • Continually develop quality and quantity of opportunities needed to achieve territory goals, providing regular funnel activity/updates
  • Achieve monthly KPIs including, but not limited to pre-determined number of face to face customer presentations, quotes and wins
  • Represent BearComs values and business ethics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must have experience as a Sales producer within the video surveillance market and have a verifiable track record of directly qualifying, creating and closing deals
  • Minimum of 5 years business development experience with at least 3 years in outside video surveillance sales to end-use customers
  • Experienced in developing and executing sales strategy, target customer selection, sales processes, account development, and multi-tiered relationship building.
  • Experienced in complex selling and commercial sales processes. Must be a strategic and conceptual selling expert with excellent verbal & written skills.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Must be a self-starter and autonomous goal achiever that works well in a team environment
  • Must have strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance.
  • Drug screening and a background check are part of the hiring process, which may include a Motor Vehicle Record check.
