Drive Technology Excellence Across a Growing Organization We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking IT Operations Manager to lead and evolve our technology infrastructure, business systems, and operational support functions. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business operations, and strategic execution. As a key member of the Operations team, you will own the performance, security, scalability, and reliability of our IT environment while helping shape the technology roadmap that enables business growth.

You'll partner closely with leadership, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences, modernize processes, and ensure operational excellence across a hybrid workforce. What You'll Do Lead IT Operations & Infrastructure Own the day-to-day management and strategic direction of IT infrastructure, operations, and end-user technology services. Serve as the primary technology partner to the business, identifying and implementing solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and scalability.

Oversee the lifecycle management of all company technology assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement. Develop and execute IT operational strategies that align with company objectives and future growth. Modernize & Scale Technology Operations Lead large-scale device deployment initiatives and workforce onboarding efforts in partnership with managed service providers and internal teams.

Drive automation, provisioning, and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational overhead. Manage hybrid workplace technology environments using modern endpoint management and remote monitoring tools. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that strengthen operational performance and user experience.

Own Core Systems & Security Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and related services. Partner with security and business leaders to maintain a secure, compliant, and resilient technology environment. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve disaster recovery, business continuity, change management, and IT governance practices.

Ensure infrastructure and operations meet high standards for security, availability, and performance. Manage Vendors & Service Delivery Lead relationships with managed service providers, infrastructure partners, cloud vendors, and third-party support teams. Establish and monitor service levels, operational metrics, and performance expectations.

Drive accountability across internal and external teams to ensure reliable service delivery and rapid issue resolution. Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and technology investments to maximize value. Drive Operational Excellence Monitor critical business systems and production environments to ensure availability and performance.

Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes that minimize business disruption. Analyze operational performance data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Champion ITIL-aligned best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
