Regional Performance Excellence Manager

Northlake, TX

As a Regional Performance Manager, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence across our dealer network. You will bridge the gap between data-driven insights and on-the-ground execution, working directly with retailer staff and market leadership to optimize performance, improve customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability.

What you'll do

   Assist retailers on their digital marketing and communications strategy and execution. Alignment with regional and national brand initiatives and drive sales growth for our retailer partners. Administration of our Volvo Tier 3 Digital Advertising Co-Op Program.
   Support the Regional Marketing Boards in the markets' metro areas to provide market insights and retailer engagement.
   Provide hands-on personnel training to drive operational excellence and premium customer experience with our retailer partners. 
   Enhance sales/service processes to improve closing ratio and drive more sales and revenue growth from new and existing business.
   Ensure our retailer leadership and personnel are knowledgeable about the brand and product portfolio to be ambassadors for Volvo.
   Drive improvements in customer service by identify areas of strengths and opportunities with retailer processes and implementing solutions from National Customer Experience (CX) team. 
   Develop trusting relationships and continuous dialogue with our retailers to support their operations and align with Volvo's corporate priorities. Provide regular reporting to the retailers to review performance and drive action.
   Collaborate and develop retailer road maps with market and regional team to measure performance and identify and share best practices and innovative ways to move the retail and service business forward. 

Required Competencies & Experience
   Bachelor's Degree or higher 
   Minimum 5 years automotive industry experience required, with a minimum of 3 years automotive retail or service experience strongly preferred 
   Minimum 2 years Regional Automotive OEM experience a plus. 
   Knowledge of digital marketing experience and management. Proven track record of multi-channel marketing and communication campaigns and providing performance analysis and recommendations. Experience preferably in CRM/Lead management systems and digital marketing tactics (SEO/SEM, Social Media Advertising, Audience Targeting, etc).
   Experience with conducting training - face to face, web, tablet, etc.  
   Strong computer/Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills, ability to prepare information on their own.  
   Good analytical skills and ability to project manage initiatives to further develop the role and processes.

Salary Range
      $73,347 to $136,217
Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, location and company guidelines
