Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure within large-scale production environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical resolution of complex production incidents
  • Extensive experience supporting Linux and Windows server environments.
  • Strong experience with enterprise virtualization platforms
  • Strong understanding of enterprise monitoring, observability, and event management
  • Demonstrated experience developing automation using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or similar technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
