- Define and execute the sales operations strategy, aligning systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure with business priorities
- Lead the development of scalable operational frameworks that support growth and efficiency across the sales organization
- Partner with sales leadership to translate businessobjectivesinto operational plans and execution priorities
- Provide thought leadership on best practices in sales operations, workforce planning, and performance management
- Oversee the development and delivery of sales performance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools
- Providedata-driven insights by analyzing sales trends, productivity metrics, and business performance
- Identifyopportunities for improvement through analysis of sales processes, systems, and workflows
- Partner with Finance, HR, and other functions to ensure alignment on headcount planning, compensation, and performance metrics
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows andeliminatefriction in sales operations
- Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales processes, communications, and planning cycles
- Identifyand resolve operational bottlenecks, partnering with IT, Product, and other teams to deliver solutions

- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or related field; 3+ years in a leadership role

- Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence
