First Western Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Assistant. The individual will be responsible for Core Systems Maintenance and loan boarding, collateral perfection, shipments of loan files, collateral vault filing, UCC tracking, document imaging, processing paid-off loans, and preparing mortgage / account verifications. Additional duties will be assigned based on experience and workflow.Qualified candidates should have experience in data entry, Word, Excel, basic accounting, a minimum of two years Banking/Financial Services experience preferred. First Western is a full-service financial company offering traditional banking, mortgage, insurance, and investment services.
