Job Description Summary

Performs the administrative functions supporting Asset Services Operations Team assuming a high level of professionalism in operations issues. Supports Operations Director, City Lead and on-site Property Management teams operationally.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote and fosterstrong,positive relationships with all on-site staff members during transition and thereafter

  • Assiston-site Property Management teams during transition including utility transfer, tenant notifications, vendor notifications

  • Prepare new on-site Property Management offices with IT infrastructure including ordering proper equipment, setting up Site Assessment and Day 1 installation

  • Navigate on-site Property Management teams during transition or after with matters of payroll, time sheets, Workday and other applications

  • Prepare and update new hire packets for the local market

  • Track progress and follow up on corporate operations initiatives with on-site personnel to completion

  • Monitor areas of risk on compliance scorecard and follow up with sites in remaining compliant

  • Support properties, as needed, in processing Accounts Payable including coding invoices and inputting into NEXUS,assistwithServiceEdge

  • Work with City lead on pipeline processing, tracking in database

  • Assistand contribute to other Corporate or Operations projects, as necessary

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings (i.e.Lunch N' Learns, vendor meetings) supporting City Lead and Operations Director
