We are seeking a Compliance Manager to work with a well-respected out-patient clinic setting working under the Chief Executive Officer. The Compliance Manager in collaboration with the CEO will be responsible for the development, implementation, oversight and evaluation of the organizations programs and services including risk management, compliance with 330e program guidelines, audits, grants funding, policies and procedures, organizational training, including training pertaining to participant protected health information (PHI), incident management, ensures the organization meets statutory and regulatory requirements and that ensure adherence to HIPAAs Privacy Rule and other applicable privacy laws and regulations including anti-kickback, anti-corruption, data privacy, billing and reimbursement, and environmental health and safety activities. The Compliance Manager will work with the organizations managers and program liaisons to enhance the overall effectiveness of organizations programs and services, develop policies, deliver|develop training, and investigate non-compliances. Advises CEO of potential compliance risk areas, and oversees and tracks compliance issues, trend data, prepare regular reports; provide compliance support to CEO, managers, and QA|QI committee. This position tracks relevant laws and regulations and directs staff to update operating manuals and procedural documents when policies and regulations change. Duties and Responsibilities: Works under the direction of the CEO to design, plan, and implement a comprehensive Compliance & Ethics program and strategy. Oversees the organizations compliance operations and functions including risk management, compliance with 330e program guidelines (site visit), audits, grants funding, policies and procedures, organizational training, and develop calendar and action plan for the above. Responsible for developing and implementing training pertaining to participant protected health information (PHI), and incident management. Ensures the organization meets statutory and regulatory requirements and that ensure adherence to HIPAAs Privacy Rule and other applicable privacy laws and regulations including anti-kickback, anti-corruption, data privacy, billing and reimbursement, and environmental health and safety activities. Advises CEO of potential compliance risk areas, and oversees and tracks compliance issues, trend data, prepare regular reporting, and compliance support to CEO and Management team Responsible for assisting the CEO, Senior Management team, and managers with the design and development of programs and policies, and practices to ensure that the health center complies with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Travel is required to organizations various site locations.
Requirements:
Masters Degree Required preferably in Health Care Administration or Public Health
Experience as a Compliance Manager in a Public Health or FQHC setting
Ability to work in-person 8a-5p at two clinic locations
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary or $60,000-$65,000
