Job Summary
This is a fully remote role for someone who lives in the Pittsburgh, PA area only.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Operations Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Coraopolis, PA. This role supports a fast-paced financial services operations environment with a focus on vendor coordination, order tracking, documentation accuracy, and service-level performance.
The Vendor Operations Associate is a great fit for someone who enjoys administrative operations, customer communication, vendor follow-up, and process-driven work. This opportunity offers a collaborative team environment, supportive leadership, and the chance to build a long-term career path in operations, vendor management, mortgage, banking, real estate appraisal, or financial services. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track vendor orders from initiation through completion while ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
- Communicate with vendors by phone and email regarding order updates, appointment status, documentation, and service expectations.
- Monitor vendor performance, turnaround times, active orders, and pending issues to support operational goals.
- Maintain accurate notes, records, and documentation within internal systems.
- Assist with issue resolution, escalate concerns when needed, and collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow.
- Support quality standards, productivity goals, accuracy expectations, and operational compliance requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $18 per hour.
- Hours: 11:30am to 8pm M-F
