Title: Operations Associate/HR Generalist

Location: Murrysville, PA 15668 - Hybrid


The key focus for you as an Operations Associate/HR Generalist is to support internal and external employees of a growing, dynamic staffing solutions provider. Reporting into our Director of Operations, you will assist in driving best practice and strategies to support our clients and employees across the United States


Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with MS Office suite with emphasis on Excel
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online or other accounting software
  • Prefer previous experience in a mid-size to large business/corporation as an intern/employee or a Business Degree in lieu of experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Flexible schedule to meet demand of new hires and other operational activitities


Responsibilities:

  • Employment sign-up and onboarding of large number of both short and long-term employees
  • Initiate pre-employment checks/evaluations
  • Track time and expenses weekly for payroll
  • Employment verifications
  • Complete audits per clientโ€™s request
  • Assist with interoffice activities/projects as assigned
  • Coordinate with other team members on payroll related activities including submission to 3rd party provider and issue management
  • Invoice clients using QuickBooks Online
  • Receive payments and add remittances against invoices in QuickBooks Online
  • Assigned tax related projects
