We are seeking a experieinced 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Plant and Warehouse operators, technicians, material handlers, shipping clerks, and more!
To succeed in this role, you will be highly driven to (any of the following aligned with open positions):
  • Setup, operate, and troubleshoot various machines (drilling, milling, laser marking, tapping, automated assembly, etc.)
  • Handle and process materials, understand basic work instructions, work with basic hand tools
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders - forklift experience a plus
  • Perform all duties in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and engineering teams to meet customer requirements

Skills and experience to thrive in this role:
  • High school or equivalent required
  • 2+ years manufacturing or warehouse experience (injection molding, cable assembly, automated assembly machines, shipping, etc.)
  • Must be able to speak and read English proficiently including good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

  • HARTING's Total Compensation Structure includes a Base Salary and Bonus Percentage.
  • Competitive hourly rate: $17.00/hr - 23.00/hr (commensurate with experience)
