Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $17.5 - $25 per hour; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location. We will meet minimum wage and/or any other applicable legal pay requirements based on city, county, and state requirements.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide an exemplary customer experience by maintaining efficient and effective support in all store Operations functions as needed, including but not limited to: Shipping/Receiving, Stock Room, Cash Office, repairs, and operational administrative duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide support with inventory preparation and execution.
  • Partner to assess store processes and procedures, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Provide suggestions and solutions when appropriate.
  • Maintain all supplies for Office and Facilities needs and Grooming products for associates.
  • Work with Accounts Payable to make sure all invoices are approved correctly and promptly.
  • Support new and existing loss prevention procedures to support shrink reduction and all asset protection procedures.
  • Coordinate the engraving and embossing services.
  • Ensure that incoming and outgoing merchandise are processed according to company regulations and standards.
  • Demonstrate the ability to read and execute transfer documents, shipping documents, alteration documents, inventory count sheets, UPS documents, sales tickets, invoices etc
  • Responsible for the control and replenishment of supplies as requested by the General and Department Manager.
  • Demonstrate a true passion and respect for the product.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
  • Enthusiasm and ability to build and maintain an environment which projects Ralph Lauren's desired elevated image and character
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Collaborative team player willing to partner with and support all departments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant work experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills preferred: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately utilizing a ladder as trained under RL Health & Safety guidelines
  • Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours
