About the Role
B&K Auto Tags is seeking an Office & Operations Associate to support our day-to-day workflow, assist customers and car dealer partners. This is a hands-on role that blends customer facing interaction, data entry, and general operational support.
Great for someone who likes variety, communicates well, and is inspired by collaborating with others.

Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in customers and dealership partners with their title and registration needs
  • Process paperwork, data entry, and daily transactions
  • Keep track of incoming and in-progress work to maintain smooth workflow
  • Communicate with teammates throughout the day
  • Handle inquiries, requests, and time-sensitive tasks
  • Support overall office organization and processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Collaborative and communicative — not someone who prefers to work in isolation.
  • Willing to use social skills to gain, retain & foster client relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Reliable, adaptable, and willing to jump into different tasks as needed
  • Auto titling & registration experience is a plus but not required
