Location: Pennsylvania
Pay Rate: $23 to $24/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking Medical Assistants for a 13-week contract opportunity in Pennsylvania. This role will primarily support clerical work within a Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine setting, with cross-training to assist with clinic duties as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Support front-office and clerical clinic operations.

  • Assist with patient check-in, documentation, and administrative tasks.

  • Cross-train to support basic clinic responsibilities.

  • Help maintain smooth daily workflow for the department.

  • Communicate professionally with patients, staff, and providers.

  • Follow clinic policies, procedures, and patient care standards.

Requirements

  • Active Medical Assistant certification required.

  • State license must be currently active, if applicable.

  • Plastic Surgery or Aesthetic Medicine experience preferred.

  • Clerical or clinic support experience preferred.

  • Must be available Monday through Friday.

  • No weekend, holiday, or on-call coverage required.

  • Must be able to complete onboarding and training for clinic coverage.
