Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Schedule: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Executive Assistant to support our leadership team while serving as a welcoming presence for new admissions and their families. This position plays a key role in providing exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with residents on our busy short-term rehabilitation unit, and assisting with administrative operations throughout the facility.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Welcome new admissions and their families, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and visitors by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist the leadership team with daily administrative tasks, special projects, and operational support.
  • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, reports, and tracking logs.
  • Develop and monitor audits to track, trend, and report important operational data.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, and maintain calendars as needed.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond professionally to inquiries.
  • Prepare correspondence, forms, presentations, and other documents.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with resident satisfaction initiatives and customer service follow-up.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
