What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related industry (lead or senior technician experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a team-first, hands-on approach
  • Technical knowledge with the ability to obtain an Applicator's License within 30 days of hire
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent (degree in horticulture, business, or related field is a plus)

Work Environment
This role is primarily field-based with some administrative responsibilities and requires:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
