The purpose of the Campus Operations Department is to enhance CCV's ability to be a destination point for the unchurched, promote fellowship for attendees and to support the staff in growing their ministries in the aspects of making people feel comfortable while on our campus.ย Theย purpose of this position is toย assistย in the overall operations of the Peoria Campus with an emphasis on the execution ofย day to dayย tasks.ย 

Job Description

Essential Job Functionsย 

  • Campus Entry/Security: Maintainingย the use of the campus ensuring the proper doors and access points are open and closed for and after scheduled events, including restrooms.ย 
  • General Campus Operations:Maintainย trashcans, sidewalks/sitting areas, restrooms and eating areas throughout the campus and sports fields. Pressure washing and mail delivery.ย 
  • Facility/Event Schedule: Usingย the facility schedule, adequately execute room set ups for events including tables and chair configurations, table skirting, and specific ministry needs.ย 
  • Room Management: Inspecting rooms and buildings prior to events and connecting with the event leader prior to the event to make sure all needs are met including temperature settings, doors and access, room configurations, andย last minuteย needs and details.ย 
  • Customer Service: Incorporateย with all staff andย volunteersย a customer service-oriented approach when dealing with church staff, volunteers, participants of CCV.ย
