Job Title: Operations Assistant

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Company: Renovation Rewind

Overview: As an Administrative Assistant at Renovation Rewind you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations by handling administrative tasks with a strong focus on Excel proficiency and data entry accuracy. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to the success of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update various reports and databases as required.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Provide general administrative support to visitors and employees.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel (formulas, charts, and data management).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
