Job description

Responsibilities

 Tuesday - Saturday 1:00pm - 9:30pm 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing administrative tasks and load diagramming in support of the transportation and warehouse departments, such as completing load diagrams in Syntellic that support efficiency and safety

  • Collect and prepare information for various operational reports, data entry tasks including word processing and spreadsheet applications

  • Work closely with other employees to assure that the company's business is executed in the most efficient and effective manner

  • Assist with processing orders, producing, and reconciling delivery documents, and service performance tracking

  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience

  • Occasionally required to lift/carry materials/product weighing up to 50 lbs
