Job description

Responsibilities
  • Assist our operations manager in overseeing the daily operations of our commercial cleaning services, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist in training new Area Managers or starting new accounts when necessary.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Perform site visits to accounts to ensure quality expectations are met.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to the operations manager.
  • Assist the operations manager in developing and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Fill in for the operations manager as needed.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to travel as required.
Qualifications
  •  Proficiency in both Spanish and English is strongly needed to effectively communicate with employees/ subcontractors. The ability to speak and write in both languages is essential for this role.

  • Proficiency in utilizing Excel, including knowledge of formulas, tables, and data manipulation for organizing and analyzing data.
