POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Operations Assistant and Driver will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and office support to the Operations Management departments. More specifically support to the Operations Manager to help facilitate an efficient and well-organized structure for their department and includes driving the operations manager for business reasons. 

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Closely support the Operations Manager to assist where needed.
  • Drive the Operations Manager for business reasons to include trips to the field (Customer Sites), retail stores (purchase/pick up of equipment and tools) and Flatland property locations (office and yard).
  • Review files, records, emails, submissions, reports, or other documents to determine their significance, plan their distribution or obtain information to respond to request. 
  • Research, compile, and prepare reports, correspondence, or other information required by management on behalf of the Operations Manager.
  • Maintain and update operational workforce data including assisting in the timely submissions and approvals of employee status change to Human Resources. 
  • Support departments by conducting daily/weekly reports and other tasks as assigned. 
  • Liaison between operations and other departments. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 


Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Valid Driverโ€™s Licenses and a good motor vehicle record (MVR) required.
  • Available to work Monday through Saturday from 5 AM to 6 PM. 
  • Available to be on call 24/7 in case of emergency work situations that require the Operations Manager to report to the field. 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Administrative Assistance experience preferred.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.
