The Role
We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a barbershop Operations Assistant. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of the barbershop. This position requires availability to work evenings and weekends. If you love meeting people in your community and checking them in and out of a high-quality and relaxing, one-of-a-kind experience, this job is for you!
What You’ll Do
  • Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the barbershop
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our booking system
  • Provide information to clients regarding services, pricing, and availability
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Sweep and tidy up the barbershop floor regularly
  • Fold and organize towels and other linens
