JOB SUMMARY:
Clemson University is looking for a Strength Operations Assistant to fulfill the following duties:
- Performs routine administrative support or clerical duties.
JOB DUTIES:
25% Performance Training: Assists the director and assistant strength coaches with performance training workouts25% Facility Operations: Assists to ensure facility is properly maintained and addresses maintenance issues that arise Assists with daily cleaning sanitizing and equipment placement50% Strength Conditioning Assistance: Assists with the daily set up and break down of the needed equipment for strength and conditioning sessions Contributes to a positive environment conducive to learning and safety while advancing program goals eliminating risks and ensuring compliance with NCAA rules
