Job Title: Operations Manager 
Location: Prince Albert

A proud Saskatchewan-based manufacturer of green cleaning solutions is seeking a dynamic, result-orientated and high-performing Operations Manager role at our office here at Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.


About the Role

The Operations Manager will oversee and engage in all aspects of sales, marketing, and general management of our retail store. This ideal candidate will be a leader with retail sales experience, hardworking and has a solid record of exceeding expectations. Such individual should be passionate about the eco-friendly cleaning products to excel in this role


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Overseeing all sales and marketing campaigns for the business.
  • Focus on the retention and development of Customers in Prince Albert and its environment.
  • Managing to increase sales for the store and ensure efficiency.
  • Responsible for stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
  • Ensuring standards for quality, customer service, and product knowledge of staff.
  • Responding to customer complaints, queries and comments.
  • Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues.
  • Initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the business can compete effectively in the local market.
  • Dealing with sales, as and when required.
  • Other duties as required by management.


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Management or related field is preferred
  • Must have 4+ years’ experience in operations management with a proven sales track record.
  • Proven sales background with experience in market analysis and driving revenue growth.
  • Prior experience and knowledge in Chemicals or biodegradable products are strongly considered
  • Great organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Quick learner and a self-starter
