VISION

 To create and operate one of Canada’s premier sports and entertainment destinations by delivering world-class venue operations, exceptional guest experiences, and operational excellence at every event and facility.

 SUMMARY

 The Senior Vice President of Venue Operations is responsible for leading all venue and facility operations across Brandt Sports & Entertainment, including arena operations, event operations, guest services, food & beverage coordination, facility maintenance, and operational readiness. This Position will oversee the planning and execution of concerts, sporting events, conventions, exhibitions, and community events while ensuring safe, efficient, and exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with executive leadership, event production, revenue teams, and operational staff, the SVP of Venue Operations will establish operational standards, improve efficiencies, and support long-term facility development initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

  • Leading all venue and event operations across the organization’s facilities and entertainment properties.
  • Establishing operational standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Supporting operational readiness and event execution excellence.
  • Overseeing staffing plans, scheduling, and operational coordination.

Guest Experience

  • Ensuring exceptional guest, fan, sponsor, and partner experiences.
  • Leading customer service initiatives and service quality standards.
  • Addressing operational challenges and implementing continuous improvement strategies.

Facility Management

  • Supporting facility maintenance, capital improvements, and modernization initiatives.
  • Coordinating with facilities, security, and safety teams to ensure operational compliance.
  • Monitoring operational budgets and cost management initiatives.

Event Execution

  • Overseeing operational planning for concerts, sporting events, conventions, and community events.
  • Collaborating with production, security, food & beverage, and guest services teams.
  • Ensuring operational excellence before, during, and after events.
