Assistant Manager - Golden Nozzle Car Wash
What You'll Do:
Support the Team. Drive Daily Operations. Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience.
Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking a hands-on, motivated Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our high-volume car wash facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing team members, and is passionate about operational excellence and outstanding customer service.
As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to help maximize site performance, support team development, and ensure every customer leaves with great experience.
A day in this role may include:
• Assist in supervising daily site operations including staffing support, scheduling assistance, coaching, and performance feedback
• Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times
• Support efforts to optimize workflow and vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience
• Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies to drive revenue and customer retention
• Help monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering and restocking of chemicals, parts, and operational supplies
• Enforce company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards
• Support review of operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to improve site performance
• Partner with the Site Manager to execute site-specific goals and business initiatives
• Help resolve employee and customer concerns to maintain a positive, productive environment
• Lead shifts and oversee operations in the Site Manager's absence when needed

• Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Required to work at least one weekend day
• Open availability based on the operational needs of Golden Nozzle
Physical Requirements
• Ensure physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance of all store facilities
• Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 100°F
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods of time
