Hybrid role : 3 Days from office

As a Data Analyst โ€“ Fleet Operations & Analytics, you'll:
  • Analyze vehicle telemetry, service logs, dispatch data, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and visualizations for fleet operations, safety, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs related to fleet performance, mission success, operational readiness, and efficiency.
  • Ensure datasets used for reporting and analysis are accurate, reliable, and well-structured.
  • Partner closely with fleet operations, safety, remote assistance, engineering, and product teams to understand reporting needs and operational challenges.
  • Translate business questions into scalable reporting, dashboarding, and analytical solutions.
  • Enable self-service analytics by developing well-documented datasets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, recurring issues, and performance gaps through data analysis and trend monitoring.
  • Support operational decision-making with timely, data-driven recommendations and reporting.
  • Help establish structured feedback loops to capture, analyze, and share operational learnings.
  • Support automation initiatives that reduce manual reporting efforts and improve data accessibility.ย 
Ideal candidate profile
Required Qualifications: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics-focused roles Experience with operational, logistics, or fleet-related data is a plus Technical Skills Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and analysis Proficiency in Python for data analysis and reporting preferred Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) Experience working with large datasets and transforming raw data into actionable insights Familiarity with Databricks or similar analytics platforms is a plus Core Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights clearly to varied audiences Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams Skilled at translating business questions into reporting and analytical solutions Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
