Job description

Position Summary...What you'll do...Analytics Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Help drive operational intelligence, efficiency, campaign optimization and management, yield monetization and business analysis through reports and dashboards that powers the insights across all facets of Walmart's advertising offerings, including Display, Sponsored Ads, and Offsite products.
  • Actively partner with BI team members on quarterly planning and roadmap tracking
  • Engage with various teams within Operations & Client Services to plan, track, and manage the execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Develop clear and transparent communication channels to align with business stakeholders and other delivery teams and ensure relevant audiences receive appropriate updates on programs and projects.
  • Gatherrequirements, trackingprojects,gainalignment, document and follow-up
  • Collaborate with team leads to develop executive reporting materials (e.g., executive steer co, weekly updates, key artifacts, etc.).
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team
  • Support the management of data sourcing schedules, timelines, and milestones for the implementation and delivery of the projects and programs.
  • Organize daily activities: meetings, reporting, follow-up, to support the ongoing management of programs in flight.
  • Gather requirements, identify dimensions and metrics,ensureconsistency in metric definitiontopower decision making on inventory, pricing, sell-thru rates, performance metrics, etc.
  • Advance our operational capabilities with reporting to guide pricing, packaging, inventory forecasts, campaign optimizationand management, sales strategy, operational planning and efficiency, and optimizing our advertising yield.
  • Develop and maintaindata dictionariesthat help define metrics and establish one source of truth.
  • This position does not supervise employees.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area OR 4 years' experience conducting mathematical PreferredQualifications
  • 2+ years of online advertising industry working experience preferred with an understanding of advertising KPIs.
  • Fluency in the language of digital media and online measurement: impressions, CTR, CPMs, STR, Fill rates, unique users, page views, visits,campaigns, optimizations,view ability, demo comps, etc.
  • Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal; with ability to communicate / present to internal teams, also ability to express complex technical topics clearly & easily.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and often lack of clarity, demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
