COMPANY OVERVIEW

RAS LaVrar is a rapidly expanding creditorsโ€™ rights law firm servicing some of the largest financial institutions in the country. Our offices, home to hundreds of employees across seven states, work diligently to ensure our interests are in constant alignment with those of our clients. This is a high-volume and fast-paced practice that prides itself on efficiency and innovation.

POSITION SUMMARY

Operations Admins at RAS LaVrar perform administrative tasks which support the day-to-day operation of the firm. The processes executed by individuals in this role range from general tasks such as data entry to specialized tasks such as skip tracing. Operations Admins are not expected to draft pleadings.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The following responsibilities are central to the role:

  • Routine inventory maintenance
    1. Facilitate data transfers to and from the firmโ€™s clients via various channels including FTPs, third-party vendors, etc.
    2. Load new accounts into the firmโ€™s case management system (CMS).
    3. Pull basic reports from the firmโ€™s CMS and distribute them to stakeholders.
    4. Data entry.
  • Specialized efforts
    1. Skip tracing.
    2. Coordinate and manage the firmโ€™s relationships with third-party vendors.
    3. Maintain a library of process guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other documentation; Draft firm documentation and expand this library as necessary.
