Be the first to grab this unique opportunity to join our fast-paced environment working directly with the President of the Insurance Company overseeing daily operations, assisting with staff efficiency, and the implementation of procedures. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Staff management, recruiting, and onboarding employees.

If you work in or have served the insurance industry, specifically using Applied EPIC, we would like to speak with you! If you have been in the real estate, mortgage, title company, the banking sector (or even work in an environment using your analytical skills with a smile), we would also enjoy connecting with you. Attention to detail and computer proficiency is required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in professional and/or financial industry is required. Full-time position with benefits. Position is on-site with an expectation of travel within Arkansas. Interviews beginning June 8, 2026.
