This is not an entry-level administrative position. Key Responsibilities
As the Operations Systems Specialist, you will:
  • Serve as the company's Microsoft 365 expert, supporting SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Forms, and related applications.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, and collaboration tools.
  • Create and manage Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency and automate business processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations through technology and process improvements.
  • Serve as the company-wide RealPage Super User, providing system support, troubleshooting, and training assistance.
  • Administer and maintain the company website and employee intranet.
  • Manage Microsoft Teams channels, permissions, file organization, and collaboration tools.
  • Maintain company databases, shared drives, and file organization.
  • Partner with Regional Directors, Community Managers, and corporate departments to implement technology solutions that improve communication, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist executive leadership with operational projects, reporting, and system implementations.
  • Support the company's property training platform.
  • Provide front desk coverage as needed.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations support, business systems, Microsoft 365 administration, technology support, or a related field.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, including:
    • SharePoint
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Power Automate
    • Microsoft Forms
    • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience creating workflows, collaboration sites, and process automation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

Preferred:
  • Experience with RealPage/OneSite.
  • Experience supporting property management or multi-site operations.
  • Experience implementing new technology solutions and improving business processes.
  • Experience with database management and reporting.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional education or certifications in Information Technology, Business Systems, Microsoft 365, or related fields are a plus.
Work Environment
  • Full-time, in-office position located in North Little Rock, Arkansas
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • Primarily office-based with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
  • Regular use of computers and Microsoft 365 applications throughout the workday
