Job Title: Operations Admin

Department: Operations

Reports To: General Manager and/or Director of Operations

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary Provides administrative support to the Operations Team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries โ€ข Managing and updating company databases. โ€ข Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies. โ€ข Maintaining financial, employee, and client records. โ€ข Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters. โ€ข Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. โ€ข Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment. โ€ข Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed. โ€ข Assist with personal change Notifications (PCNโ€™s) โ€ข Payroll (both UAW and non-UAW) โ€ข Assist in disciplinary follow-through for coach and councils or progressive disciplinary process โ€ข Assist in the creation and submission of Labor Requests โ€ข Update as required site Org Charts with contact information โ€ข Update as required customer contact information and location โ€ข Assist Recruiting in On-boarding measures to ensure PPE, contact, where to park, who to contact etc.
