Summary: The operations Admin provides administrative support for the operations management team. Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheets or specialized software (CSI / Shop Track) and distributes on regular schedule. Maintains files, databases, and relevant records. Schedules and coordinates meetings. Must be the site leader in living and driving the Company Core Values and High-Performance Work Culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviews the daily employee attendance exception report and reports to the Production Managers:
Employees who have gained ½ or full points who have not reach a tier.
Employees who have reached the next Tier and the level of discipline required.
Prints and issues daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly operations reports to senior and operational leaders. These reports include but are not limited to Production Efficiency Reports, Open Orders Reports, Past Due Orders Reports, and other reports as required.
Prints HFI Reports and identify new items for Production Manager to review.
Maintains and issues the vacation calendars to track employee PTO (Hourly and Exempt).
Schedules and coordinates meetings for Operations team.
Document key meetings for managers and issue meeting minutes to team members.
Other duties as assigned.

Must be competent with Microsoft office products.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and write in English. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical procedures and government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, rates and percentage.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid state level driver's license, which meets Company requirements of the Fleet Management Policy and insurance requirements.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
