As an Administrative Assistant at Ascentt, you will support daily business operations for a fast-paced AI and data solutions organization specializing in AI/ML, cloud, analytics, and enterprise technology solutions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across teams in a dynamic technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for leadership teams
  • Coordinate internal meetings, client calls, and company events
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business correspondence
  • Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documentation
  • Assist with onboarding activities, interview scheduling, and employee coordination
  • Support office operations including vendor coordination, supply management, and facility requests
  • Track invoices, purchase requests, and expense reports
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client communications professionally
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance and Operations
  • Assist leadership with administrative support for AI, analytics, and technology projects
  • Maintain data accuracy across internal systems and documentation repositories
  • Support executives with ad hoc reporting and operational tasks

Qualifications
