Job description

Adecco is assisting a well-established company in their search for a General Assistant position.

Location: 4795 REGENT BLVD IRVING Texas, 75063

Position is 100% on-site.

Pay: $17.92/HR

Shift: Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performs variety of basic clerical duties, following instructions and procedures.

  • This may include high-volume scanning, stapling, document retrieval, filing, sorting, creating files, posting records, proofreading, data entry and maintaining records.

  • Job may be routine and often repetitive.

  • Job often resides in operating units where high volume of information is being processed and/or maintained.

  • Performs a variety of minor to semi-routine clerical duties of minor to moderate complexity requiring the exercise of some judgment and discretion.

  • Maintain simple to complex files, keeping records, compiling and checking excel reports, searching and investigating information contained in files, processing departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional operations and typing correspondence.

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk and hear.

  • The employee is occasionally required to walk and stoop, kneel, or crouch.

  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize task with a sense of urgency.

  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Outlook) prefered.

  • Current Notary commission in Texas required.

  • (RON Certification experience as a plus)
