The Residential Accountant will be in charge of all financial matters regarding the Residence Club business. This includes month end closings, reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting. In addition, this position will be in charge preparing all internal/external audit requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic. A degree in Accounting/Finance and 2 years of finance experience is required.
Qualifications include:
  • Ability to post invoices and payments accurately into the Accounting Software in a timely manner
  • Reconcile and prepare condo reconciliations monthly
  • Maintain and prepare direct billing for all residential owner's units along with correspondent back up and receivable statements for monthly billing owners
  • Ensure timely collection of all HOA dues, and residential folios
  • Maintain and update Residential financial logs, financial systems, including move in and out, resale, lease, rental program and owner list
  • Work closely with Residential Management team to ensure that billing and receiving and accurately reflected each month
  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential entity
  • Process all PO invoices via Birchstreet for residential expenses
  • Develop and enforce residential service and product quality standards
  • Proper filing maintenance and archiving of information per IRS and Four Seasons Hotel policy
  • Prepare documentation relating to sale of unit such as Estoppel Letters, Condo Questionnaires
  • Answer telephones at the residences concierge desk, deliver messages, packages, faxes, newspapers, letters, etc. to condominiums
