What you'll do
  • Support program management for projects entering or ramping up production
  • Track milestones and ensure customer deliverables are met
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues and keep programs on schedule
  • Assist with budget analysis and capacity planning
  • Help identify opportunities to grow business within key accounts
  • Ensure compliance with financial and contractual requirements
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams and customers
  • Contribute to problem-solving and process improvements
What you need
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (required)
  • Ability to analyze data and solve practical problems (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (required)
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations in aerospace or defense (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics disciplines (advantage)
