WHAT YOU WILL DO

Join a high-impact team where you'll help drive the success and growth of our reinsurance program while partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations, and dealer partners.

  • Lead program operations by managing our third-party administrator, ensuring exceptional service, accurate reporting, and seamless program execution.
  • Partner with Sales and dealers to develop competitive program structures, pricing strategies, and earnings forecasts.
  • Serve as the program expert, providing guidance, training, and solutions to support dealer enrollment, compliance, and ongoing success.
  • Analyze performance metrics and deliver insights on profitability, premium trends, commissions, and profit-sharing results.
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes, strengthening controls, and implementing automation and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate across the business to manage risk, ensure compliance, resolve issues, and support strategic growth initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in insurance or reinsurance operations, reinsurance accounting/finance, insurance accounting, or related program management roles

  • Automotive or financial services industries preferred. 

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related discipline.

  • Working knowledge of reinsurance concepts and program structures (e.g., treaty/facultative concepts, ceded premium and loss flows, commissions, profit share, settlements).

  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills; ability to interpret results, identify drivers, and resolve variances across premium, claims, and cash activity.

  • Experience managing third-party vendors; (performance management, service levels, issue resolution, and governance).

  • Knowledge of internal controls and audit support expectations (e.g., SOX/KSOX), including documentation and evidence retention.
