Mill is a waste prevention technology company reimagining how food waste is eliminated. We build smart systems and infrastructure that transform food scraps from landfill into valuable resources, including chicken feed. Our residential food recyclers already divert millions of pounds of food scraps each year, and we are launching Mill Commercial, the first end‑to‑end solution for managing, understanding, and preventing food waste in commercial environments such as grocery stores, restaurants, and food services.

Role Description

The Operations Program Manager for Manufacturing will lead the manufacturing expansion execution for Mill Commercial. This fast‑paced program requires a calm, clear communicator who can manage internal and external stakeholders, represent Mill’s interests consistently, gather input from vendors and partners, and deliver effective messaging to drive decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the selection process of new Manufacturing Partners (MP) for Mill in the Commercial space.
  • Own documentation: create RFQ documents, drive MSA (Master Service Agreement) completion with selected MP.
  • Align with Demand and Planning to coordinate manufacturing ramp and supply capability, proactively communicating lead‑time changes to the Plan of Record.

  • Provide detailed program management for MP bring‑up, including development builds and any required testing for certification.
