Job description

Rahn's Oil & Propane is seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager for our Lincoln Gas & Bait location. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

* Leadership - will assist manage and lead staff to create a friendly and positive store environment for employees and customers.

* Customer Service - establish a strong rapport with customers and vendors and demonstrate customers are always a priority.

* Results - Consistently achieves standards for profitability, payroll and inventory.

* Store Operations - Assist with maintaining all store operations including inventory, payroll, scheduling, security systems and budget expenses.

* Staffing/Recruiting/Hiring/Training/Orientation - assist with maintaining a quality staff.

This is a full time position (40 hrs). This opportunity comes with potential for quarterly bonuses, Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay. In addition, all employees get 10 cents off per gallon of fuel just for working here!
