Job description

Purpose within the Organization:
The purpose of this position is to assist the Campus Operations department with duties related to parking and Lost and Found.
Responsibilities Related to Purpose:
  • Customer service related to parking.
  • Provide directions for people attending events.
  • Some light maintenance duties.
  • Provide customer service for walk-in customers in the Campus Operations Department.

Qualifications:
  • Outgoing personality, strong communication & critical thinking skills.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Must have good night vision as events will be conducted after sun-down.

Grand Canyon University is committed to a student first policy.
Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:
  • Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor's program or Master's program.
  • Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
  • Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.

You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
