The Operational Manager will oversee a small team focused primarily on customer support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with strategic goals. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this role requires strong management acumen, budget oversight, and performance monitoring to drive success within the organization. No travel is required for this position.

Responsibilities
