AIG Warranty delivers a full range of service solutions including warranty management administration, extended service programs, customer service support, service network management, claims processing services, and service contract underwriting. How you will create an impact

The HVAC Operational Account Manager will manage processes for assigned HVAC accounts while striving to enhance efficiencies, along with serving as a point of contact to implement operational aspects for new programs and processes. The primary focus for the position is process optimization for assigned HVAC Accounts and will report to the Client Operations AVP.

  • Work with clients, Operations Process Director and Client Operations AVP to implement and monitor operational processes, as well as create best practices.

  • Establish regular cadence for reporting on assigned account activities and processes.

  • Build relationships withing the HVAC industry and be a trusted advisor

  • Work closely with project team and various departments on implementation of operational processes for new and existing accounts.

  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures.

  • Research data issues and determine process to correct with input from client, internal departments, and other stakeholders.

  • Attend and assist with preparing data for Quarterly Business Review clients and present in a highly professional manner to executives and key stakeholders, both internal and external.

  • Translate the needs of clients and customers into operational plans.

  • Performs other duties as required to support AIG and account growth objectives and strategic initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in the HVAC and/or Warranty industry is preferred.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Action-oriented problem-solver.

  • Ability to manage large escalations and to solve complex issues.

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

  • SQL experience is preferred but not required.

  • Demonstrate commitment to Excellence, Teamwork, Innovation, Initiative, and Can-do Attitude.
